Hello! I’m Cristina.

Licensed Professional Counselor

I am a passionate mental health advocate dedicated to promoting wellbeing in our community. I have years of experience, working with clients as young as 3 and as old as 80.  I have been fortunate to use my skills in various settings, from private practice, to the Juvenile Justice System, to inpatient programs, and residential mental health facilities.

In my years of providing therapy services, I strive to empower individuals to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. My focus is on creating a safe, non-judgmental space for healing and personal growth.
